The Graduate Certificate in Change Management at Victoria University provides focused postgraduate study in leading and managing organisational change. You will explore how organisations respond to shifting business conditions, technological change and complex workplace challenges while building knowledge of contemporary change management approaches.
Across four core units, you will examine agile project and change management, organisational change, technological innovation and the complexities of implementing change across different organisational settings. Study draws on practical scenarios and case examples to strengthen your ability to assess change needs, plan responses and evaluate change initiatives.
Delivered 100% online through VU Online’s Block Model, the course is studied part-time over a minimum of eight months. You complete one seven-week unit at a time, with approximately 20 hours of study recommended per week, and can commence in any of six study periods throughout the year.
