The specialisation explores how organisations can assess workplace needs, engage employees and connect DEI initiatives with organisational values and goals.

The 12-course program comprises four compulsory HR courses, three compulsory specialisation courses and five electives. Your remaining electives can extend your knowledge across leadership, organisational development, analytics, talent management, performance and change. You may also use eligible electives to complete a second specialisation.

Delivered fully online and part time, the program can be completed in two years. The Master of Human Resource Management is accredited by the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
