What you will study

The Master of Cyber Security (Online) comprises of 12 courses (4.5 units each).

Entry requirements

  • Have completed the Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security (or equivalent) with a minimum WAM of 65.
  • Have completed the Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security (or equivalent).
  • Have completed a Bachelor degree or higher level qualification in a cognate discipline to the selected specialisation* with a minimum WAM of 65.

Relevant experience for the Security Management and Leadership specialisation includes, but is not limited to, the following roles: Business Strategy, HR Management, Change Management, Project Management, or Policy and Leadership.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Your previous studies can be acknowledged as credit towards your online postgraduate studies provided that they meet relevant course requirements. If you are eligible for admission and you have undertaken previous studies at another institution, you may be eligible to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Annual fee in 2025: $61,500 (domestic full-fee paying place)

The fee is based on an annual full-time load of 36 units or 1.0 EFTSL (Equivalent Full-Time Study Load).
