Course overview
AGSM's Graduate Certificate in Sustainable and Inclusive Business is designed for business professionals who want to strengthen their leadership capability while embedding sustainability into organisational decision-making. The program develops the knowledge and skills to address contemporary environmental, social and economic challenges and support long-term business success.
Across the program, you'll explore how organisations can respond to emerging sustainability challenges while creating positive business and societal outcomes. You'll strengthen strategic thinking, commercial judgement and leadership capability while developing practical approaches that can be applied immediately to support more sustainable business decisions.
Delivered on campus through a blended learning approach, the program combines face-to-face teaching with online modules, allowing professionals to study part-time alongside existing commitments. Designed in consultation with industry and led by business experts, the program also provides a pathway to the AGSM MBA (Sustainable and Inclusive Business).

What you will study
To earn the AGSM Graduate Certificate in Sustainable and Inclusive Business, you must successfully complete units totalling 24 credit points, as detailed below. Unless otherwise noted, each course is worth 6 credit points.

Entry requirements
Academic requirements
Applicants need to have one of the following:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience.
- At least six years of professional work experience.
English language requirements

You can prove this by providing evidence that you meet one or more of the following criteria:
