Course overview
The Master of Business Administration (On Demand) is an online postgraduate qualification designed for professionals who want to strengthen their leadership capability while studying around work and personal commitments. Delivered through Torrens University's MBA Flex model, the course allows you to progress at your own pace while developing the knowledge and skills required to lead organisations in complex business environments.
Throughout the course, you'll strengthen your ability to evaluate business challenges, make evidence-based strategic decisions and lead teams through organisational change. Rather than focusing on individual business disciplines in isolation, the curriculum develops capability across leadership, business analytics, risk management and commercial decision-making, while elective subjects allow you to tailor your studies to your professional interests and career goals.
The MBA Flex model provides complete flexibility, with no scheduled classes and all learning materials and assessments available from day one. You can choose from 10 intakes each year, complete a subject in as little as four weeks or take up to 12 weeks, and receive assessment results within 48 hours (two business days). The course comprises six core and six elective subjects, with optional Work-Integrated Learning opportunities available through Careers Connect.
