What you will study
To earn the Master of Public Policy, students must complete 192 credit points. Unless otherwise indicated, each course is worth 12 credit points.

Entry Requirements
Academic Requirements
You must have one of the following:
- Successfully completed an Australian bachelor's degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) with a minimum GPA of 2.5 (out of 4.0).
- Significant work experience or professional practice.
To have your professional experience considered, you must submit with your application a CV and a personal statement detailing your experience.
English language requirement

Outcomes
As a graduate of this course, you will have the comprehensive mastery of public policy knowledge necessary to critically analyse the social, political, ethical, institutional, economic and environmental factors that both enable and limit policy change. You will also be able to apply complex theories and evidence to challenge current practice in policy and social innovation.
This course will teach you to value ongoing professional development, diverse stakeholder engagement and collaborative relationships in the design and implementation of policy initiatives. You will utilise your critical problem-solving skills to develop creative responses to contemporary social problems and demonstrate your highly developed communication skills to construct, debate and critique policy arguments with a range of audiences.
