Course overview
In this program, you'll delve into the essential concepts and theoretical foundations of talent management. Additionally, you'll collaborate with a team to assess the role of technology in managing talent effectively and efficiently.
As part of this program, you'll also learn to develop strategic human resource management policies for organisations and analyse, diagnose and provide recommendations for implementing organisational change. You will also acquire self-management knowledge and the skills for effective communication and the management of others to contribute to organisational performance.
Finally, through hands-on learning opportunities, you'll grow your coaching skills to become a well-versed coach.
