What you will study
To be eligible for the award of Master of Business Administration (Educational Leadership and Management) students must complete a minimum of 200 units comprising:
- 25 units from one core curriculum course.
- 75 units from three compulsory courses.
- 50 units from one research project course.
- 50 units from two electives.
Each course is valued at 25 units, unless otherwise indicated.

- Community Engagement and Marketing
- Strategic Educational Leadership Project (50 units)

Academic requirements
To be considered for admission into this program, applicants must meet the following specific requirements:
- Have the equivalent of four years of university training, e.g., four years of teacher training, or a bachelor's degree plus an honours or graduate certificate in a relevant area.
- Have at least two years of professional experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Advanced standing for courses in this program will be determined by the level of the subject, whether an equivalent graduate unit was obtained at another academic institution, and whether a similar unit was undertaken as part of an undergraduate degree.
