The Graduate Diploma of Business explores several areas crucial to modern business practice, such as ethics, leadership, strategic management, innovation and human resource management.
As part of the program, you will be required to study four core subjects, exploring issues related to business ethics, accounting, strategic management, leadership and HR management. You will then have the opportunity to tailor your program with four electives.

The Graduate Diploma of Business consists of eight courses (200 units) comprising:
- 100 units of credit from four compulsory courses.
- 100 units of credit from four elective courses.

- Ethical Issues in Professional Life
- Strategic Management and Planning
- Human Resource Management OR Leadership: Theory and Practice
Electives
- Any four 5000-6000 level BUSN courses (25 units each).
Entry requirements
Academic requirements
Applicants must have one of the following:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) or studies sufficient to meet the requirements of that award.
- A graduate certificate in a business discipline.
- Where the applicant does not have an undergraduate degree, the Dean may approve admission to this program if the Dean is satisfied that:
- The applicant has sufficient background and/or experience in management/supervision.
- The applicant has the skills necessary to complete postgraduate studies.
