The Graduate Certificate in Catholic Leadership is a formal course focused explicitly on the impact that the Catholic faith and values have on leadership for the common good.
Devoted to the practical application of Catholic leadership values, this program will enable you to critically apply your understanding and practice of the Catholic faith to the leadership of organisations. You will also be expected to analyse management's theoretical principles and practical roles within a Catholic institution.
Upon graduation, you will be able to apply your learnings on leadership and management practices to service-oriented Catholic organisations. Alternatively, if you wish to continue your studies, you can progress with a Master of Leadership, Master of Business Administration, Master of Education (Leadership & Management) or Master of Arts (Theology).

Academic requirements
To be eligible for admission to this program, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification), plus a minimum of three years’ experience in managerial and/or supervisory roles.
- Sufficient background and/or experience in management/supervision; and the skills necessary to complete postgraduate studies, as determined by the Dean.

A Graduate Certificate in Catholic Leadership will enable you to apply learnings of leadership and management practices to service-oriented Catholic organisations such as high schools and primary schools.

Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Catholic Leadership graduates will be able to:
- Critically apply their knowledge, understanding and practice of the Catholic faith tradition to the leadership and management of service-oriented Catholic organisations.
- Analyse the theoretical principles contemporary leadership and management concepts to the practical roles of leadership and management within service-oriented Catholic organisations.
- Integrate their theoretical and practical understanding of contemporary change management concepts to organisational transformation within the context of service-oriented Catholic organisations.
- Apply leadership and management practices to enable the effective functioning of service-oriented Catholic organisations.
