The course comprises four units (24 credit points) which provide knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required of skilled practitioners working in a range of fields addressing public policy.
Core Units
You must complete 18 credit points from the following units.
Note: APG5103 is not available to students who have been approved by ANSZOG to progress into the Executive Master of Public Administration.

Entry Requirements
- An Australian bachelor's degree with at least 50% average (or equivalent) or a minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant field.
Applicants are required to provide a Curriculum Vitae and a reference from their employer.

Fees and FEE-HELP
Average 2025 first-year fee: $15,100 (domestic full-fee paying place)
All costs are calculated using current rates and are based on a study load of 24 credit points (normally four units) per semester or 48 credit points (normally eight units) per year.
A student’s annual fee may vary in accordance with:
- The number of units studied per term.
- The choice of major or specialisation.
- Choice of units.
- Credit from previous study or work experience.
- Eligibility for government-funded loans.
