What you will study
To complete the Global Executive Master of Business Administration and Master of Business, you must complete 16 units (96 credit points).
You must complete 96 credit points, of which 48 credit points are from the Global Executive Master of Business Administration (including all the requirements in Part A for the single degree) and 48 credit points from the Master of Business (including all the requirements in Part B for the single degree).
You must complete the following units (48 credit points):
- Leadership in organisations
- Economic decision making
- Strategic marketing management
- Accounting for decision making
- Corporate finance and global financial markets
- Creativity and entrepreneurship
- Strategic management
- International business
Entry requirements
An Australian bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least a credit (60%) average or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) and a minimum of five years of work experience in a professional setting*.
*Applicants are required to provide a detailed curriculum vitae outlining their employment history and professional experience.
Applicants are required to submit a short personal statement that will address the following questions:
- Why a global mindset is required for a successful Global Executive MBA experience and outcome.
- How the Monash Global Executive MBA will impact their professional career plans.
- How they will draw on their business experience to contribute to the cohort’s peer learning.
Applicants reaching the final application stage will be required to attend an interview.
English language requirements
For entry to Monash University, you must meet the minimum English language requirements. You can do this by completing one of the qualifications listed on their website.
If you've completed several measures of English proficiency over a period of time, the highest valid measure will be accepted as long as it's been taken within the required time limitations.

Average 2025 first-year fee: $63,000 (domestic full-fee paying place)
All costs are calculated using current rates and are based on a study load of 24 credit points (normally four units) per semester or 48 credit points (normally eight units) per year.
A student’s annual fee may vary in accordance with:
