Designed for new and aspiring leaders, Leadership for New Leaders (online) helps you develop your leadership style and build the confidence and practical capabilities to lead others effectively.
Over five weeks of flexible online learning, requiring approximately four to five hours per week, you will explore leadership frameworks and develop skills in delegation, conflict management, goal setting, coaching, team leadership and strategic communication. Through self-paced modules, interactive activities, peer discussions and live online workshops, you will apply your learning and create an action plan to support your ongoing leadership development.
