Entry requirements
Academic requirements
Applicants can qualify for entry to both courses by fulfilling one of the admission points below for both single degrees:
Master of International Business
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent.
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent, and two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning.
Master of International Relations
- An AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent.
- Meet two of the following three criteria:
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent.
- Approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning.
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent with a WAM of 65.
Note: Successful admission into the double degree means that you must satisfy the requirements for both of the single degrees.
English language requirements
When applying to study at Macquarie University, you’re required to provide evidence of proficiency in English.
