Course overview
This course builds on the graduate certificate curriculum and includes project quality, risk and procurement management and managerial effectiveness topics. You’ll explore applying quality management to projects, including planning, assurance, certification, audits, control, training, benchmarking and best practice. You will identify types of risks and learn risk analysis techniques. The functions of contracting and procurement, the acquisition process and contract administration are also examined. You will also develop the skills effective managers use to carry out people-oriented management tasks. Upon completing the graduate certificate, you may transfer to this graduate diploma and subsequently enrol in the master's degree.

Indicative 2025 first-year fee: $28,154 (domestic full-fee paying place).
All costs are calculated using current rates and are based on a study load of 100 credit points (normally four units) per semester or 200 credit points (normally eight units) per year.
