The Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University builds on the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership through advanced study in coaching and leadership. Delivered online, you can complete the course in one year full time or two years part time. You will extend your coaching and leadership practice through advanced IECL coaching certifications alongside leadership studies covering areas such as leadership theory, team leadership and contemporary leadership issues. You'll evaluate coaching and leadership approaches, design and implement practice-based interventions, reflect on professional and ethical issues, and develop strategies to support coaching, mentoring and leadership in organisational contexts.
The course incorporates the IECL Coach Training Program, with core studies based on approved IECL certifications. The program is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) curriculum and graduates who complete the ACTP program may apply for ICF credentialing, subject to the ICF's requirements.

What you will study
To earn the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, you must successfully complete units totalling 64 credit points, as detailed below. Unless otherwise noted, each course is worth 8 credit points.

- IECL Organisational Coaching Level 1 Certification
- IECL Organisational Coaching Level 2
- IECL Principles of Organisational Coaching

Entry requirements
Academic requirements
Applicants must have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership to be eligible for entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership.
English Language requirements
For postgraduate coursework courses, applicants must have obtained an Academic IELTS within the last two years with:
- A minimum overall score of 6.0.
- No individual score below 6.0.
