Course overview
Gain the critical skills required to be a global leader through Bond’s BBT Graduate Certificate of Global Leadership, a flexible online program offering subjects in English and/or Japanese. You will graduate equipped with a core understanding of global leadership in the context of executives with an interest in Japan and Asia and working in a global environment whilst developing required global leadership skills, including decision-making frameworks and the importance of acting innovatively and entrepreneurially.
Bond’s Graduate Certificate in Global Leadership is a four-month, one-semester program offered through Bond’s accelerated study timetable and can be used as an entry pathway into the BBT Global Leadership MBA.

Entry requirements
To be considered for admission to this degree, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Successful Completing a recognised bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field.
There are alternative pathways if you don't currently hold the required academic qualifications. You can use prior work experience to apply for entry into this program if you like. To do so, you'll need to provide documentation of your employment history, including a statement from your employer about your position, time in the role and a brief overview of the role you performed.
Recognition of Prior Learning
If you have completed previous tertiary studies, you may be able to gain credit for previous subjects. To apply, you will need to submit your academic transcripts to the Office of Future Students, including detailed subject outlines or course descriptions for each relevant subject.
